• Hop on a bicycle and pedal to a local home where you’ll learn how to create some of Hoi An and Vietnam’s best dishes
• Finish by feasting on your culinary creations

Are you excited to learn how to cook Vietnamese food? Then join our unique, hands-on cooking class. During our cooking program, you will be able to visit Hoi An’s colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas all over the area. You will also have the opportunity to interact with the merchants to purchase the ingredients that you are going to use in the cooking lesson. Choosing ingredients for your cuisines is very important, if your ingredients are fresh and green enough, your cuisines will be delicious and fragrant otherwise, they will be not good at all. Vietnamese food is various with different flavours and ingredients. The chef is fun and enthusiastic and they will demonstrate how to prepare each dish before guiding you in the preparation of your own dish. Besides, while preparing your cuisine, you can create your ideas for making your cuisine more good-looking and better. Preparing a good cuisine is an art about which you must think and develop yourself. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal you have prepared. Hopefully, through this trip you can understand and know more about Vietnamese cuisine in general and Hoi An cuisine in particular.

Morning session

• 08:00 am: Hotel pickup
• 08:15 am: Visit local market, and enjoy local coffee shops on the street
• 09:00 am: Take a boat trip to the local family where the cooking lesson starts. (30 minutes)
• 09:50 am: Cooking class
• 11:50 am: Enjoy your Dish creation 
• 12:30 pm: Tour Finishes and back to Hotel.

Afternoon session

• 02:00 pm: Hotel pickup
• 02:15 pm : Visit local market, and enjoy local coffee shops on the street
• 03:00 pm: Take a boat trip to the local family where the cooking lesson starts. (30 minutes)
• 03:50 pm: Cooking class
• 04:50 pm: Enjoy your Dish creation
• 05:30 pm: Tour Finishes and back to Hotel.
