課程介紹

Learn to cook homemade pasta, pizza and dessert in a typical home in central Milan (CityLife – Metro Tre Torri). Work in small groups for a more intimate adventure. Get hands-on help preparing your own dinner from a friendly professional English-speaking chef and Le Cordon Bleu graduate.

Enter the home of your teacher in one of the most dynamic districts of the city. Follow her guidance to prepare a menu of typical recipes using fresh produce and raw ingredients sourced from the local market, but available wherever you live. Start your pasta class by preparing the dough for pasta (tagliatelle or gnocchi or orecchiette) and thin-crust real pizza Margherita from Naples. Discover how to make perfect dessert (Tiramisù or Panna Cotta or Cannoli or Gelato) to complete your meal. Vegetarian option available upon request.

Enjoy the fruits of your labor with your chef and fellow foodies and learn how to combine local recipes with fine Italian wines. Get a copy of all the recipes, a picture with your Italian cooking diploma and continue your cooking adventure back at home!

Pizza Margherita 

• Thin crust round pizza with tomato, mozzarella & basil

Homemade Pasta, one of the following:

• Tagliatelle (pasta strands made with wheat flour & eggs) 
• Gnocchi (italian dumplings made with potatoes & wheat flour) ORECCHIETTE or CAVATELLI (pasta made with durum wheat) 
• Pizzocheri (gluten-free pasta made with buckwheat)

Italian Dessert, one of the following:

• Tiramisu (coffee dessert with mascarpone cream) 
• Panna Cotta (cream pudding with vanilla) 
• Cannoli (sicilian shells filled with ricotta) 
• Gelato (the true Italian homemade one!)

Drinks: Prosecco superiore DOCG (adults only), bottled mineral water, soft drinks (for children)

時間表

• 6:00 pm Welcome & briefing, wash hands & wear aprons
• 6:15 pm: Start preparing ingredients with hands-on technique and explanation on each ingredients.
  6:30 pm: Cooking session begins, let's prepare pizza, pasta & dessert
• 8:00 pm: Enjoy a glass of Prosecco while we bake Pizza
  8:30 pm: Taste your customize and flavorful dishes
• 9:00 pm: End of class, let's take a pic with your Diploma!
