It is a 2h hands-on class, where you will learn how to make the famous Pastéis de Nata vegan!
We believe that one of the secrets of the Pastéis de Nata is the crunchy puff pastry, so we will teach you how to do it from scratch! In the end we will eat everything paired with coffee, tea or juice.

"Fun and interesting"
Ana was such a great teacher! The class was fun and interesting, and she made sure the ingredients were not only easy to find, but also the most ethical and/or healthy. She was such a pleasure to learn from. I love her passion for food and teaching people how to cook. I'm so glad I took this class!
