Italian Cooking Class and Campo de' Fiori Market Tour with Professional Chef

Join us on a fun visit to a traditional Italian market! 

Meet your chef at Campo de' Fiori, one of the most famous local open-air markets, where you will get learn how to best pick all the fresh ingredients for your own meal. After a nice walk through the historic neighborhood near our cooking studio, you will start your incredible cooking experience!

Your friendly local chef will guide you step-by-step and will explain all the skills that allow you to create a typical Italian meal. You will be able to recreate back home a complete Italian menu with several courses, including starters, delicious plates of pasta with different tasty sauces, a main dish, and a delicious dessert.

After the cooking, you will sit down, relax and have a nice meal that you’ve created with your own hands accompanied by red/white wine or a soft drink.

This is a unique cooking workshop that will allow you to learn about authentic Italian culinary traditions.

• Welcome appetizer and prosecco
• Bucatini or fettuccine 
• Ravioli or tortellini
• Saltimbocca (veal lined or wrapped with prosciutto and sage)
• Gelato or Tiramisù
• Water, soft drink and a glass of wine

We also accommodate clients with intolerances and allergies. Please make sure you let us know beforehand.

• 9:00 am: Meet at Campo dei Fiori and starts the market tour.
• 9:45 am:  Back to the Rome Cooking Workshops.
• 10:00 am: Hands on cooking class.
• 12:30 pm: Lunch time with your own creations.
• 1:00 pm: End of the class.
