There are four seasons in Japan - spring, summer, autumn and winter. Also, there are various best season ingredients in Japan. In this class you can learn different recipes for each season. Please feel the beautiful four seasons of Japan through cooking.
菜單
January - March:
- Japanese beef curry and rice
- Seasonal salad
April - June:
- Okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza) with stewed beef tendons
- Pickled seasonal vegetables
July - September:
- Chirashizushi (home style sushi) with summer toppings
- Udon noodle with chicken soup
October – December:
- Wagyu sukiyaki with udon noodles
- Seasonal fruits

Lunch class:
- 11:30 am: Introduction to class and start cooking
- 12:45 pm: Tasting
Dinner class:
- 5:30 pm: Introduction to class and start cooking

"Fun AND educational!!"
Fumi (our chef and teacher) was such a great help, walking us through how to make two traditional Japanese dishes as well as talking us through different cooking techniques, cultural tidbits, and other fun facts! Everything was completely prepared and professional from the moment we stepped in, and Fumi made us feel immediately at home and made sure we had a bunch of pictures to document the whole experience. The final dishes were delicious, and with all the knowledge she gave us, we’ll definitely be making them at home! This was our first Cookly experience, but after all the fun we had, we’ll be doing it again!
