課程介紹

搭乘最在地的嘟嘟車，出發前往熱鬧的當地市場！在這裡，您可以認識各式泰國食材，大肆採買一番。接著，返回廚藝教室，在屬於您的料理檯上，盡情享受烹飪的樂趣，泰國大廚的仔細指導下，完成香味四溢的道地泰國美味。

Please note that the Maliwan Thai Cooking Class instructor determines the menu, which may include four of the following dishes:

• Tom Kha Kai (Coconut Chicken Soup)
• Pork in Panaeng Curry 
• Stir Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts 
• Phad See Ew Moo (Fried Broad Rice Noodles with Pork)
• Prawns in Tamarind Sauce 
• Massaman Curry
• Chicken Red Curry 
• Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken with Holy Basil Leaves  
• Pad Thai (Fried Rice Noodles with Prawns)
• Tom Yum Goong (Sour and Spicy Prawns Soup)
• Chicken Green Curry 
• Sticky Rice with Mango 
• Thung Thong also known as Golden Bags (Meat and Herbs mix) 
• Som Tam (Papaya Salad) 
• Chicken Yellow Curry with Cucumber Relish
• Stir Fried Pork with Roasted Chili Paste

From Monday to Sunday

Morning class:

• 9:00   am: Meet at the school 
• 9:10   am: Tuk Tuk ride to the market 
• 9:30   am: Market tour to choose your fresh ingredients 
• 10:30 am: Cooking class
• 12:30 pm: Lunch
• 1:00   pm: End of course

Afternoon class:

• 1:30   pm: Meet at the school
• 1:40   pm: Tuk Tuk ride to the market
• 2:00   pm: Market tour to choose your fresh ingredients
• 3:00   pm: Cooking class 
• 5:00   pm: Dinner
• 5:30   pm: End of course
