You can learn how to make two kind of Vegan Sushi. Temari Sushi, which is cute-balled shape sushi topped with vegetable decoration, whilst Sushi art make you surprise to see flower design coming up when you cut Sushi roll into pieces. Also side dishes recipe and vegetable broth is also included in the program.

- Hourenso No Shiraae (Spinach salad with dressed with Tofu sauce)
- Nasu No Piman Miso Itame (Pan-fried Egg Plant and Green Pepper with Miso sauce)
- Osuimono (Japanese clear soup based on Vegetable dashi broth)

- 10:50 am: Meeting at Tsukiji subway station Exit No.2
- 11:00 am: Today's Basic recipe instruction and how to make Vegetable dashi broth
- 11:30 am: Sushi Lesson (Temari sushi & Sushi Roll Art)
- 12:30 pm: Hourenso No Shiraae & Nasu to Piman No Miso Itame
- 1:00 pm: Enjoy Osuimono
- 1:30 pm: Time to enjoy your dish

"Amazing"
This made our trip. Yumi was friendly, knowledgeable, friendly... she gave us all sorts of tips for the rest of our visit. What we made was beautiful and delicious. I would go back for a 2nd time if I had more days. Can’t recommend her more.

"great experience!"
I learned new techniques rolling artistic maki sushi and cutting it and putting the sushi rolls together to make a piece of art.
Also learned easy and healthy dishes from very simple ingredients. Miss Yumi was not just a good teacher she is willing to teach you her techniques. I really enjoyed it and had a wonderful time.

"Amazing and memorable"
The class experience is the greatest time in our journey. Teacher Yumi-san is a very friendly and caring person. We are impressed by her passion to cooking and Japanese food culture. The class is well-prepared and smooth. It is not only a cooking class, but also a cultural exchange!
