Vegan Raw Ramen and Matcha Cake Cooking Class with Locals

課程介紹

The instructor certified Vegan Japanese food, Raw food and Raw dessert instructor. I teach not only Vegan Japanese food to travelers but also Raw food and dessert to Japanese students. 

We pick up the guest at home town station and take you to the local supermarket to show the ingredients which we use for cooking. The guest can buy the ingredients at there if they want. After that we cook either Vegan or Raw Raw ramen and Raw Matcha cake at home and eat. We explain about the recipe, recommend vegan restaurants in Tokyo, and common Japanese words.
