Hoa Made me feel at home instantly, her cooking is homely as super easy to replicate with true Vietnamese flavours. The hands on experience was super and her home amazing and her answers to all my questions about the way to eat and how local spices are added or not was illuminating. Thanks Hoa

Hoa’s class was fun and informative! We toured the market, learned about ingredients and prepared 3 dishes before enjoying them. A very fun afternoon!

Hoà was so lovely, she gave me a market tour which was not included in the price. The class was just the two of us and everything was super easy to do and really tasty. Definitely recommend.

Nous avons vu 3 recettes, avons cuisiné dans une ambiance détendue. Je pense pouvoir refaire les plats chez moi et épater les copines ! Je tiendrai Hoa au courant en lui envoyant des photos ! Nous avons manipulé 4 papiers de riz différents, vu 2 méthodes de cuire les petits rouleaux que nous avons façonnés. Je saurai refaire un pho et du poulet mariné à la citronnelle. J'avais indiqué à Hoa que je n'avais jamais goûté de durian, elle m'a fait le grand plaisir d'en proposer en dessert ! Je recommande cette activité pour son ambiance sympathique et l'apprentissage détendu de quelques plats vietnamiens emblématiques. C'était aussi très agréable de rencontrer d'autres personnes.

Hoà is an excellent host who took me to see the nearby market and experience some of the produce on offer. Then we returned to her cooking studio to prepare the food and cook together. Hoà is very good at explaining and making people feel relaxed. I really enjoyed getting to know her and learn a lot about Vietnamese food and culture. Highly recommended!!!

If you’re looking for an activity that will actually get you closer to Vietnamese culture, then this is the thing for you: You will not only get to learn traditional Vietnamese recipes and eat yummy food, but also pierce a local with all types of questions you might have. Additional bonus: the apartment in which you will be cooking in has an amazing view over the city. 10/10 would recommend, Hoa is fabulous!

Emily is so great, not just at cooking or teaching but as a conversation partner as well. She is such a wonderful and inspiring person and her teaching style is calm and encouraging. If you are considering it but not sure, this is your sign to just book it right away.

Myself and my friend really enjoyed learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese food with Hoa! She is so friendly and really welcoming which meant the whole experience was really enjoyable. There are a whole load of dishes that she can teach and we were able to request the ones we specifically wanted to do which made it even better! I would really recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to cook some really tasty Vietnamese food.

We had a class in a small group (6 people) and it was really good. Our teacher explained some details about the meals and the ingredients. We cooked 3 meals (e.g. Phơ Gă / Pho Soup with chicken) and then ate them. All were very yummy. It's amazing how you can cook three delicious meals in such a short time! Our teacher was so nice and even made separate sauces for me because I'm not allowed to eat seafood, garlic or onions (so thanks again for that!). It was a great experience and I'm glad I could participate in this cooking class.

We cooked 3 local dishes and then we ate them. Teachers explained us step by step in a very good English and everyone tried to cook each kind of meals.

Some in our group were vegan so the recipes were a bit of a twist and all delicious! Lua was a very gracious host and good instructor! We went away stuffed! Small group size made it easy to learn and ask questions.
