Super Pizza, tolle Gruppe!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 bis 78 Personen und hatten alle einen fantastischen Abend! Das Essen war reichlich und hervorragend. Chefkoch GianLuca gab uns besondere Tipps und Tricks, damit wir diese Gerichte auch zu Hause in den USA nachkochen können.

Die Rezepte waren für alle leicht nachzukochen und ein voller Erfolg. Anschließend gab es ein köstliches Abendessen. Und der Koch – Gianluca – gab Tipps und Tricks, um das Kochen noch einfacher zu machen.

Marco und sein Team waren fantastisch! Der Kurs war super, und er hat uns viele gute Tipps fürs Pizzabacken gegeben. Die Mitarbeiter waren so nett, dass sie uns angerufen haben, als wir uns verspäteten, um sich zu vergewissern, dass alles in Ordnung ist! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit Julio. Er hat uns auf fantastische Weise die Geschichte der zubereiteten Speisen nähergebracht und uns außerdem auf wunderbare Weise gezeigt, wie man einige unserer Lieblingsgerichte zubereitet!

Giulio war sehr unterhaltsam und äußerst kompetent. Er beantwortete unsere Fragen und erklärte alles während des Kochens. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis!

Wir haben einen Kochkurs bei Giulio besucht, in dem wir gelernt haben, Gelato und Pizza nach römischer Art zuzubereiten. Giulio war äußerst kompetent, freundlich und unterhaltsam. Der Kurs war interaktiv, aber gleichzeitig entspannt. Wir haben den Unterricht sehr genossen und es uns auch gefreut, am Ende gemeinsam das Essen zu genießen. Es war hervorragend.

Dieser Kurs ist perfekt für Erwachsene und Kinder gleichermaßen und bietet ein bewegendes und unterhaltsames Erlebnis. Unter der Leitung von Profiköchen befindet sich die professionelle Küche im Obergeschoss, in einer Seitenstraße einer zentralen Piazza und nicht weit vom Pantheon entfernt (um die Eingewöhnung zu erleichtern). Treffpunkt ist in der Nähe, von wo aus Sie ein kurzes Stück zum eigentlichen Kursort begleitet werden. Die Köche achten auf Sicherheit und vermeiden Allergien und Kreuzkontaminationen. Bitte informieren Sie sie im Voraus darüber, damit sie sich ausreichend vorbereiten können. Softdrinks, Wasser oder Wein sind inklusive. Sie sind aktiv an der Zubereitung beteiligt – keine Vorführungen, bei denen Ihre Zeit begrenzt ist. Die Pizza (mit einer großen Auswahl an Belägen) und das Gelato waren fantastisch, und die Rezepte erhalten Sie am Ende. Wir empfehlen, dass Kinder mindestens im Grundschulalter sind, um richtig mitmachen zu können.

Was für ein toller Kurs! Wir haben den gemeinsamen Pizza- und Gelato-Kurs besucht. Das war eines unserer Highlights in Italien! Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (4 und 7 Jahre alt) dabei. Wir hatten außerdem das Glück, mit einer anderen netten Familie mit Kindern im gleichen Alter zusammenzukommen. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend! Der Kursleiter war super und hat die Kinder ermutigt, alles selbst zu machen. Wir hatten so viel Spaß und es wurde viel gelacht. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Das Essen war fantastisch. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf, die Rezepte zu Hause nachzukochen! Wir haben den Kurs an unserem letzten Abend in Rom gemacht und es war der perfekte Abschluss unserer Reise.

Unsere Familie erlebte ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Erlebnis: Unter der Anleitung eines Meisterkochs kreierte unsere Familie authentische neapolitanische Pizza und cremiges Gelato. Der Kurs war optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer abgestimmt und bot für jedes Alter etwas – selbst unsere Jüngsten konnten sich aktiv und sicher einbringen. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von den anschaulichen Vorführungen, der praktischen Anleitung und den Einblicken des Kochs in traditionelle Techniken und die Auswahl der Zutaten. Zum Abschluss erhielt jeder Teilnehmer ein liebevoll gestaltetes Rezeptheft, mit dem wir die Gerichte auch zu Hause nachkochen und das Erlebnis so noch lange in Erinnerung behalten konnten. Wir fuhren nicht nur mit köstlichem Essen nach Hause, sondern auch mit bleibenden Erinnerungen und einer tieferen Wertschätzung für die italienische Gastronomie. Ein hervorragendes, familienfreundliches Erlebnis, das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Giulio hat super Anweisungen gegeben und den Kurs richtig unterhaltsam gestaltet! Der Raum war sauber und groß genug für unsere lustige Gruppe! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder einen Kurs besuchen!

Wir, eine dreiköpfige Familie, haben an Alessandros Pizza- und Eiskurs teilgenommen! Was für ein toller Abend! Alessandro hat es uns allen (sogar unserem Teenager!) richtig Spaß gemacht, und wir haben Eis und Pizza von Grund auf selbst hergestellt! Alles, was wir gemacht haben, war köstlich. Ein wirklich schönes Familienerlebnis!

Wir haben den zweieinhalbstündigen Pizza- und Eiskurs bei InRome Cooking besucht, der um 17:30 Uhr begann und nur einen Block von der Piazza Navona entfernt stattfand. Zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco und kleine Snacks, gefolgt vom Kochkurs. Zum Abschluss genossen wir die selbstgemachte Pizza und das Eis, dazu Wein und alkoholfreie Getränke. Unser Koch Giulio war freundlich, kompetent und informativ und hatte einen tollen Sinn für Humor. Wir haben viel von ihm gelernt und hatten jede Menge Spaß. Die Gruppe bestand aus acht Erwachsenen und einem Kind, die alle bequem um die große Kücheninsel Platz fanden, wo wir unsere Pizzen (mit vielen verschiedenen Belägen) und das Eis (drei Sorten zur Auswahl) zubereiteten. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hatten eine tolle Zeit und genossen die selbstgemachte Pizza und das Eis. Ich kann diesen Kurs wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit beim Pizza- und Gelato-Machen. Unser Koch war super hilfsbereit und hat uns richtig mithelfen lassen. Wer hätte gedacht, dass Pizzateig und Gelato so einfach zuzubereiten sind?! Zumindest mit der Hilfe eines Kochs! Alles war köstlich. Wir bekamen Antipasti, Wein, Wasser, Bruschetta und einen Auberginenaufstrich. So lecker! Ich freue mich schon darauf, das zu Hause nachzumachen. Ein wirklich besonderes Erlebnis in Rom. Unbedingt probieren!

Was für ein toller Kurs! Der Koch hingegen war fantastisch in seinen Anweisungen für Gelato und Pizza! Er hat von Anfang bis Ende alles selbst gemacht. Das Ergebnis war sogar besser als alles, was man sonst in der Stadt kaufen kann. Ein echter Geheimtipp! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das war ein tolles Erlebnis, und sowohl meine 13-jährige Nichte als auch ich waren begeistert. Das Gelato war unglaublich lecker! Der Kurs hat richtig Spaß gemacht, und die anderen Teilnehmer waren super. Meine Nichte hat hinterher total davon geschwärmt, und das kommt bei einem Teenager selten vor!

Ein toller Kurs! Ich habe viel über die Zubereitung von Pasta und Tiramisu gelernt. Das Tiramisu war einfacher als gedacht, und die Location war super, um danach noch etwas essen zu gehen.

My husband and I had so much fun in this class! Alessandro was an excellent teacher, patient and helpful! If we are able to come back to Rome we will definitely take class again! I would love to do something like this with our children, son-in-laws, and grandchildren in California!

Because our class was on Saturday, we met Alessandro in the market at Campo di Fiore. He was a lively, engaging person who cheerfully introduced us to the various characters of the market and let us set some of the menu. I will say that visiting the salumeria and the macelleria made my mouth water. After assembling and collecting our ingredients, it's off to the school. A light, open, wide facility for my family of seven foodies. We start with a lightweight appetizer and then get to cooking. Chicken cacciatore, ravioli filled with ricotta and mortadella, tiramisu with zabaglione. Alessandro and his team led us through the steps of making great pasta, zabaglione, chicken ... all of it. Then to serve it up with Prosecco, ah. Such a delight. A great course! Team, we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful time we had cooking with you and we hope yo do it again soon.

Although it was my fault as I got the date wrong, we were able to easily rebook our course. We had a lot of fun, the group consisted of 10 people, so everyone could be treated individually and the food was delicious!

Max was a great instructor! I am so happy to have taken this course. I now know how to make pasta from scratch!

This was our 2nd cooking class with wheninromecooking. We enjoyed the 1st one so much we booked a second one. The class is fun, you get to roll your sleeves up and get your hand into the dough and get messy making gelato, although they do give you aprons, so not too messy. Great interactive experience for families (we went with 2 young adult kids). Our chef instructor Marco was super knowledgeable about all things Rome cooking, answering all the questions that we peppered him with, and had a great sense of humor too. At the end, we got to eat our creations. What more could you ask for?

Fabio was an amazing instructor and chef. He made the evening a fun and memorable one for our family. He also made sure that our request to have vegetarian food was taken care of. Thank you Fabio and InRome Cooking for making our Rome trip extra special.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed the cooking class. There was ample staff to provide quality teaching and a hands on experience to a small group of students. While both my husband and I cook we still learned a lot! The facility was lovely and the teachers very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Met locals in the market, learned about different cuts of meat, where the cheeses come from, where certain produce is grown in what region. We made beautiful pasta, we got to pick what to eat. All of the food and wine were so delightful, we relaxed, we weren’t rushed, we actually cooked and made the dishes or most of it, Marco & Mamoon were so kind , and answered questions and taught us, it was a lovely experiences , one of my favorite in Rome❤️👍🏽

Our experience in the cooking class with David was wonderful. He is a terrific host, ready with delicious cheese, sausage and homemade crackers. The kitchen was ready for us, so organized and inviting. First, we made delicious classic Roman gelato. It needed to freeze and therefore our first recipe. He walked us through each step, very encouraging and very positive . He demonstrated making the Pomadoro sauce and Cacio e Pepe. Both delicious. Next, we made the pasta. So messy but we all had a wonderful time working in pairs. The dinner we made was served in a lovely dining room. It was a fabulous evening and we would recommend it without reservation to anyone going to Rome. A very special experience for families or an evening out with friends. Requested a private class for Pasta and Gelato Making Class.

We had a fun, positive, nice, and excellent teacher and assistant. It was definitely a hands-on experience, more action than talking, and when you eat, drink, and dessert your way at the end with family and friends, it simply adds up to a great time. There was an initial mix-up in time and location which needs to be remedied, but we built in some flexibility into our itinerary. We were provided an appetizer, drink of choice, then made pizza, gelato, and of course a little more drink. So, even with the small glitch our host made everything turn out great.

Absolutely appreciated how simple Chef David made learning to cook classic Roman dishes! Also really enjoyed the conversations and getting to know more of the Italian lifestyle in most family kitchens. Can’t wait to try out the recipes with our family back home in Singapore… and now to hunt for guancale back home! The kitchen was so clean as well 👍 beautiful space.

Interactive, fun class !

My wife and I really enjoyed learning how to cook some Italian recipes. The chef that taught us was very nice and helped make the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this course if you like cooking. The best part is you don't have to clean up after yourself ;)

The team was so helpful and great! We knew we were going to be a little late and they worked with us. The pasta was delicious and we had a ton of fun! Would absolutely recommend. We had 7 people and it was still hands on for everyone!!

This experience was so much fun! Marco was a wonderfully engaging and entertaining instructor who made us laugh while we learned to make great tasting gelato and pizza that we can almost certainly replicate again at home. He was very patient with the ‘Chatty Kathy’ in the class who asked a question every minute (isn’t there always one of these in a group event?) and involved everyone young and older in the various cooking steps. Highly recommend this fun class!

We were a small group; one kind couple from the USA, my daughter and I. Marco , our instructor was upbeat, and lots of fun. He gave us so many little pointers on how to make the best pasta from scratch, as well as the tiramisu. Beautiful location in a 17th c palazzo near the Palazzo Farnese and Piazza Navona. I wish we could have taken the other classes that he offers! We were VERY full by the end of the evening.

The place was easy to find. The kitchen and dining room is clean and modern. Max was a great teacher and answered all our questions. We made two different types of pastas and tiramisu! It’s great at the beginning you can discuss with him different types of pastas we could make. Would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Rome !

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our class, we did lots of things in Rome and this was the best. Very kind and informative chefs, yummy food and we have even come home and made pasta again. It is one of the more expensive things we did on our trip but worth every penny and would highly recommend.

I’ve done a cooking class in Rome before, this one was my favorite. The chefs were very funny and super helpful. The class was small enough where they were able to individually answer questions or help. I definitely recommend this class!

Chef Francesco led a fun and delicious class last week. From the sumptuous biscotti that was waiting for us, fresh, when we arrived, to the tasty and unique dishes we prepared - Saffron Cavatelli, Proscuitto-filled Ravioli, Tiramisu - this class exceeded expectations! Don't miss it!!

This was the best part of our trip!

We booked an Italian cooking class at the last minute. We liked the look of this package over others because it seemed to include more in the package than others including more food and wine included. Met with our fab your chef, Francesco who took us on a tour of the markets where we bought or produce for the class - lovely veges and meat. The premises were spacious and modern. with lovely helpers. A communal effort to cool a 4 course meal while sipping on you choice of wine - ours being proseco and red with lunch. Good location near the Pantheon. I would definitely recommend and do it again.

The food was delicious, the entire family had fun including the kids. Great instruction in a comfortable setting.

there were 5 of us ranging from early 20's to mid 70's and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Chef David is very good in explaining, demonstrating and skilful in cooking. The environment was very contusive too. I felt very comfortable during the class and enjoyed the meal with new cooking friends.

The chefs were knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to. We cook cacio e pepe and a tomato sauce and learned interesting and challenging techniques. The pasta making was so fun and surprisingly easy. Delicious food at the end and wine to top it off. I’d reccommend even to those who don’t like cooking.

Our experience was simply fantastic. The kitchen facility was fantastic for our group of 7 students. The Chief was amazing and very experienced and was more than happy to share his tips. Nice to be greeted with Prosecco and hot rice balls. Our certainly do it again.

It was better than our favorite Neopolitan style pizza that we expected the class to be.

A great experience to have in Rome with a friend or partner. This class allows you to meet new people, step outside of your comfort zone, and it makes for great pictures. Definitely recommend wearing comfortable shoes though because there is a lot of standing.

Max and Francesco were wonderful. It was such a fun class where we got to make Tiramisu and two kinds of pasta. They explained all the steps and were very helpful. It was also delicious! I can’t wait to bring back the things I learned to try at home. This was an awesome class and I would highly recommend if you are in Rome!

A solid experience with a professional cook

This class is highly recommended. We were lucky enough to work with max who made everything from start to finish nothing short of entertaining. He catered the menu to our wants and in the end we created the most amazing dishes. Instructions were provided well and he was very patient with our large group. If you are coming to Rome and considering pasta making you must book this!

Our cooking teacher Francesco had great energy. Taught us how to make Tiramisu, ravioli and another pasta. So much fun and truly was our best meal so far!!! Highly recommend this experience to all

It was my birthday and instead of simply having a dinner, I invited my friends to the class and we really enjoyed it! The process itself and the result were both enjoyable and worth the money!

Davide was a excellent teacher. Enjoyed the whole experience. Two large dishes of pasta was a lot to eat, but both dishes were very good and I look forward to getting the recipes. I would highly recommend this class.

My girlfriend and I did this pasta making class our last day in Rome, and along with 10 others we had an absolute blast. We learned a lot, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was even better. The lesson was fun, informative, and collaborative. Each team of 2 got to make roughly their portion size of pasta (it was all collectively cooked and shared), and their own personal tiramisù. The best way I can put it is that the class we were in had an individual there who had taken similar courses at the same school two times previously, and he had every intent to take another the next time he visited Rome. It's truly an experience worth having again and again.

This is a great cooking class!!!

The instructor was fun and very helpful! We made ravioli and fettuccine. We also got to try various cheeses and wines while cooking! He taught us the true Italian way to make pasta rather than teaching us how to use machines. Great class!

Everything was great in our pasta & tiramisu making class. We learnt how to make ravioli and some other pasta that I don't remember the name right now and tiramisu. Chefs were great, friendly and talented. The kitchen was great. I loved it!

InRome Cooking provided one of my favorite parts of this trip. The staff encouraged us to befriend our fellow classmates and we made friends that will last a lifetime. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. I will for sure be back.

My mother and I participated in the InRome evening cooking class. We made two pastas and a tiramisu. The food was excellent, there was bottomless champagne and wine and the teacher (Fillipo) was INCREDIBLE. He was so fun and knowledgeable. The class was in English and his English was excellent. The location was very central (Piazza Navona) and the kitchen was beautiful and the dining room where we ate what we made was lovely as well. It was the highlight of our trip. It is a great way to spend an afternoon. We highly recommend InRome cooking.

We had an excellent time at the class. The instructor was amazing. He was personable and gave easy to understand commands. We had two teenagers in our group and they stayed engaged and focused throughout the experience. The food ended up tasting delicious and we all enjoyed the experience. Definitely would recommend doing a cooking class to others.

Marco is such a great teacher. Great sense of humor with a lot of knowledge. He was very well prepared for what we needed. Very organized. Makes it fun to have hands-on experience. Makes the class very enjoyable.

We had 4 girls, the class was a great experience for them, and informative for the adults. The chef was very knowledgeable.

My husband and I fell in love with this class! I am in love with Rome but this cooking class made me fell in love with it more. We got to experience firsthand cooking with Italian chef and we recreated famous Italian cuisines that we usually eat in expensive restaurants. We had a quick market tour wherein we both mingled with Italian locals, they were so sweet and kind. Then we went straight to the cooking kitchen and everything was so clean and organized. We joined another couple in the class and we cooked altogether in separate workstations. We created Pasta from scratch, tasted local Tiramisu and we also made Straccetti di Manzo. It was such an experience I cannot forget. It was classic Italian experience!

Francesco Lucia was a great chef. We enjoyed our lesson very much. The small class size was a plus as well. We only had 6. Pizza & gelato were perfect.

I went with my best friend to the tiramisu and pasta class. And it turned out we got very lucky. We went to the morning class, and had a private lesson! We met Lily, who was very nice and welcoming. She explained how to make every little thing, and assisted when needed. Definitely the greatest cooking class I ever took part in. We made two different pasta dishes, and tiramisu. Lily made sure we love all the ingredients, and asked us what we would like to add to the sauce and the filling of the ravioli. The food was really incredible and we finished the cooking class by eating in the very nice dining room. Lily plated our food, and served us wine - everything was great! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

The ravioli and noodles were great as was the tiramisu. Kept the wine flowing.

We had a good time and learned a few things. Very small class with lots of hands-on and one on one time. The Pizza and gelato turned out very good.

Phillipe and his staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed snacks before class. Learning to make gelato and pizza were definitely highlights of our trip to Rome. My 13 year old son loved the experience and would highly recommend it!

This was a great way to spend our last day in Rome. The class was great for all skill levels and very informative. We had so much fun. The instructors were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Would definitely do this again when we return.

We had a very pleasant evening learning to make pasta and tiramisu. The staff was very professional and nice, they helped us pasteurise the egg yolks for the tiramisu since my wife was pregnant without us asking. The facilities the class had was also very good for this, professional and not apartment like. I highly recommend taking this class. The Cooking took 3 hours but time just flew by and after we sat down and had a wonderful meal with the rest that attended the course. /Thomas and Christel from Sweden

This was the highlight of your six day trip to ROME! Gloria was Amazing!!! We had a seven year old with us and she made him feel like he was a master chef! She made special sauces and allowed him to whip, stir, cut and fold with the rest of the class. He is still taking about the class. We recommend this class to anyone visiting ROME!

Great class , very detailed, chef made sure we did everything correctly. Watched us all closely and gave us great directions on how to make 2 different kinds of pasta and desert. Well worth our time and money in Rome

Our chef, Gloria, and the other four students made the class truly enjoyable. Gloria really educated us about different technics, flavors, and healthy ingredients. She also gave each of us individual instructions as needed. 5 stars!! We can’t wait to receive our written recipes and cook the pastas and tirimisu for our family.

The teacher was very nice and gave us a lot of tricks and information about how to make the best pasta and tiramisu so we can make at home like the Italians makes. After we finished making everything we're sitting by a table and drank wine while the food we made was served to us. I'm highly recommend this class!

What an incredible, unique experience to be making tiramisu and pasta in Rome. We got lucky the morning we came in for our class because we basically ended up with a private cooking course with Max since the other people did not show up. Max, from beginning to end was such a blast. He was super friendly, down to earth and was so knowledgeable - it made the three hours we spent with him flow very well. We had a glass of prosecco, made ravioli and noodles, finished a bottle of white wine and enjoyed the tiramisu that we had begun with. Not only was the class enjoyable, but the food was so delicious! The InRome Cooking location was centrally located that had a large, fully equipped kitchen kept completely pristine for cooking class. There was even a beautiful dining room to enjoy your hard work in as well.

It was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Both chefs were a blast, we met fantastic people, and we loved it. My mother and I enjoyed the other couples and families -- all ages. We already mailed ourselves a pasta maker and can't wait to break it in!
