MAI Kitchen

I could take individual lesson in a cozy an homely atomosphre and could choose three dishes among more than 10 items. It was much better than lerning the fixed typical dishes.

Such an amazing class with great teachers. So much learnt and not just about food. Visiting the markets to pickup ingredients and talking about our shared love for Vietnam and everything it entails was just what I needed in Hanoi!

This class was way beyond our expectations. Mai is a great chef who holds very personal classes in her own kitchen. We didn’t just learn how to make three authentic and delicious dishes. Mai and her husband Hieu are very interesting people, and also fluent English speakers. So whilst cooking we had free ranging conversations about Vietnam and Hanoi, and learnt a great deal. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We’ll be back here on our next trip. Thank you Mai and Hieu.

Super friendly people, taking care of us very well and giving great advice for cooking. We made springrolls, pork with eggs and a delicious Papaya salad.

Is like you are cooking with a friend, but in this case Mai Is an expert, she explain every step of cooking and make you part of the process. I didnt know how much work It requires to make a good spring rolls. It was a great class about the complex of the vietnamita cook. Thanks Mai and Hieu.

Mai was a wonderful and welcoming host who shared stories of Vietnamese food culture and involved the whole group in the food preparation experience. The food was delicious and we didn't have to do the dishes. They also have a lovely villa and nice garden cafe.

I had such a great time at Mai's cooking class! We learned how to make 3 superbly delicious dishes. I went solo and met some great people from across the globe. The class was fun and instruction concise, the cooking area was clean. After the class, Mai sent all 3 recipes in a lovely pdf. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.
