Nous n'étions que deux participants et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Notre cours a duré bien plus longtemps que prévu, car la conversation était tellement animée qu'elle n'arrêtait pas de se prolonger. Denise le fait par passion et ça se sent vraiment. Je recommande vivement !

Denise a fait un travail formidable en nous présentant la cérémonie du thé taïwanaise dans un salon de thé. Elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement des ustensiles, nous a fait découvrir six variétés de thé et nous avons dégusté deux infusions différentes. La conversation était fluide et nous avons même fini par parler d'autres sujets que le thé, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable et conviviale !

Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur le thé taïwanais, sa culture et en faire l'expérience par vous-même, Denise est la personne qu'il vous faut. Même sans être experte, Denise nous a ouvert les portes de la compréhension et de l'appréciation de la culture du thé. C'est aussi une personne formidable avec qui discuter de divers sujets et qui partagera ses connaissances sur Taïwan.

Mon mari et moi sommes en visite depuis les États-Unis et, bien que nous aimions tous deux le thé, nous n'avions aucune idée de comment distinguer un bon thé d'un mauvais, ni comment le préparer, le servir et le déguster correctement. Denise possède une connaissance approfondie et une véritable passion pour le thé. Elle nous a tout expliqué de manière très accessible. Plus important encore, c'est une personne vraiment charmante et très agréable ! Venez vivre une expérience unique autour du thé, repartez avec une nouvelle amie ☺️

J'ai passé un excellent moment avec Denise, qui m'a tout de suite mise à l'aise (étant novice en matière de thé). Les deux heures sont passées en un clin d'œil et j'ai appris énormément de choses sur les thés taïwanais et l'art de leur préparation et de leur dégustation ! Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons appris énormément de choses grâce à Denise, notamment sur le thé taïwanais. Un vrai délice ! Elle nous a aussi offert des perspectives locales passionnantes sur Taïwan, sa culture, la ville et bien d'autres choses encore ! J'aurais aimé la contacter plus tôt dans le voyage plutôt qu'à la fin, car elle nous a donné d'excellents conseils sur les bonnes adresses à faire en ville et aux alentours. Merci Denise !

Très instructif, hôte très sympathique

La séance était très instructive et, malgré mes connaissances sur le thé japonais, j'ai beaucoup appris sur le thé lui-même. C'était également une excellente introduction à la production de thé à Taïwan. Je la recommande sans hésiter à toute personne curieuse de découvrir Taïwan !

I can't say enough good things about Denise and this class! We learned so much, and the teas she brought from her personal collection were delicious. After the class, Denise went above and beyond with suggestions on how/where to buy tea in the city. If you're debating whether to book this class, do it!

Denise was an incredible host! After a long day, it was very nice to learn about Taiwanese teas. We had many questions and Denise was very thoughtful and knowledgable on everything tea! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about tea. Can't wait to share our new tea knowledge with friends!

This was definitely my favorite thing I did in Taiwan! Denise was so kind and informative about tea and Taiwan! I learned so much about tea, how to know if a tea is good quality, the Taiwanese tea ceremony, and Taiwan! Denise makes the time fun with her funny jokes, interesting stories, and good conversation, and she has the best expertise of tea of anyone I've ever met! She provided delicious tea, snacks, and beautiful tea utensils, she even gave my a fresh lychee when I said I hadn't had any Taiwanese fruits :) she is a friendly host and does not try to sell you anything but only educates you on whatever you want to know about tea, I am happy to have met here here. The space was beautiful and comfortable as well, and convenient to get to by metro. I would definitely recommend this experience and I would do it again next time I am in Taiwan!

Denise provided a wealth of good information leading into the ceremony. The teas were of high quality and the ceremony was performed with elegance and grace. It was well worth the time

Denise is an absolute delight to talk with! not only did I learn lots about tea and Taiwanese tea ceremonies, I also felt like I made a friend. as someone who tends to be more on the introverted side, I still felt very comfortable talking with Denise for hours! it is very clear that she loves what she does and is highly knowledgeable in the area (she has even won prestigious awards in the Taiwanese tea scene, so it felt like I was speaking with someone of a high caliber like Gordon Ramsay haha) in between the expert info, we would talk about our lives and share advice - it truly felt like I was just talking to someone I've known for a very long time. thank you for the great time, I will definitely attend Denise's session again if I am in Taiwan as there's still so much to explore even after 2-3 hours together. you also walk away with a vial of your favourite tea during the session, which was the cherry on top. if you are looking for a deep dive into Taiwanese tea, this is the perfect space to spend your day in Taipei.

Denise who conducted the class was very personable. She had a write-up describing the tea ceremony as well as the different types of tea and what makes them different from each other. I knew very little about tea (especially tea that doesn’t come in a bag) and came away with a new appreciation for what makes a good tea. The class was fun, enjoyable and would highly recommend it.

Denise is very friendly and easy to talk with, making a private experience very comfortable. Knowledgable and passionate about tea, but also flexible to follow the guest mood. i was all time asking questions, so she went with the flow, instead of follow as per planned. I loved it, if I come back to Taipei, I would book it again.
