Nous avons fait une visite de marché intéressante et très personnalisée, suivie d'un atelier cuisine amusant et délicieux. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur les ingrédients et leur préparation. Son s'est occupée de tout avec aisance et c'est une personne adorable.

Le marché propose une grande variété d'ingrédients. J'ai suivi un cours de cuisine dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Le plat préparé était délicieux.

Nous avons passé une soirée formidable avec Son ; sa compagnie était un vrai bonheur et elle a rendu l’expérience inoubliable. C’était très authentique et sincère.

Participer à un cours de cuisine à Dalat avec Cookly a été une expérience inoubliable ! L'instructeur était incroyablement gentil et patient, rendant l'apprentissage à la fois agréable et facile. La journée a commencé par une visite fascinante du marché matinal, où nous avons découvert une grande variété de produits frais. Les vendeurs locaux étaient accueillants et j'ai même pu goûter à des saveurs uniques. Notre guide a expliqué chaque ingrédient en détail, faisant de la visite du marché une excellente introduction à la cuisine vietnamienne. De retour au cours de cuisine, nous avons préparé trois plats de notre choix dans un magnifique jardin. Les recettes étaient étonnamment simples, mais le résultat était un véritable régal pour les yeux et les papilles. Ce fut une expérience à la fois amusante et relaxante, et j'ai adoré chaque instant ! Je recommande vivement ce cours à tous ceux qui visitent Dalat. Que vous soyez un fin gourmet ou simplement à la recherche d'une expérience culturelle unique, c'est le moyen idéal de vous immerger dans les riches traditions culinaires du Vietnam.

J'ai passé une matinée très agréable avec Son. Nous sommes allées au marché puis nous sommes retournées au jardin pour cuisiner trois délicieux plats vietnamiens. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir choisir les recettes et l'ambiance était très détendue, même si j'étais seule. Son est une personne charmante et je recommande vivement ses cours de cuisine.

Sun nous a accompagnés au marché et a acheté tous les ingrédients frais pour nos plats. Ensuite, nous sommes allés dans une cuisine extérieure et avons tout cuisiné nous-mêmes ; c’était absolument délicieux, et tout nous a été expliqué en détail. Nous avons dû attendre un peu pour avoir les recettes et les demander plusieurs fois, ce qui était un peu agaçant.

Sun est une personne très active et passionnée. Elle nous a fait découvrir le marché traditionnel et nous avons acheté les ingrédients ensemble. Ce fut un moment très instructif où nous avons appris à connaître tous les légumes, herbes et fruits. Son studio de cuisine est un endroit très ouvert et magnifique. J'ai vraiment adoré ce cours et ce fut une expérience unique lors de notre séjour à Dalat. Si vous souhaitez découvrir la cuisine vietnamienne et vivre une nouvelle expérience, je vous recommande vivement ce cours de cuisine.

Sun était un bon instructeur, compétent et doté d'une personnalité formidable.

Il y avait beaucoup de personnes de nationalités différentes dans notre classe, et même si nous ne parlions pas bien anglais, nous avons réussi à communiquer et à nous amuser. L'ambiance était conviviale et originale, la nourriture était délicieuse et les ingrédients étaient frais car achetés directement au marché. Globalement, j'étais satisfait.

Nous avons passé un super moment en cours. Nous avons appris plein de choses sur la culture culinaire vietnamienne et l'aspect social de la nourriture. Faire les courses au marché était génial : nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour les recettes que nous avions choisies. L'énergie et la joie de vivre de Mme Son étaient contagieuses ! 💕 Et ensuite, nous avons pu cuisiner et déguster tous nos plats dans son magnifique jardin.

The market tour, our guide (Son)’s absolutely lively personality, and a fantastic meal all made our time in Da Lat a highlight of our trip. We learned a ton and had so much fun! Would highly recommend.

Thanks for a lovely day, we learned a lot about the markets in Dalat and the culture around food in Vietnam. I really recommend this activity if you have a day to spare, do not rush as it’s nice to take your time and learn.

I had such a wonderful time, 1:1 learning about the culture of Vietnam/Da Lat and then getting to cook the most delicious 3 meals! I would highly recommend this class to anyone travelling in the area.

I truly enjoyed whole things about this cooking class. From shopping at the local market to being introduced to local cuisine with the host’s original recipe, everything was impeccable. Also, the place for cooking was a really cute patio with lots of mint plants around and we actually grabbed those and put them into our dishes right away. Our host Son was a great tour guide as well as a good cook. What we had made was super delicious and we also had a great conversation during dinner. I highly recommend this if you really want to experience the essence of Dalat traveling!

The local market tour was really interesting. We cooked Vietnamese food with fresh ingredients. Obviously, it was DELICIOUS!!! Also, Chef Son was extremely friendly and helpful. Such an unusual experience. I strongly recommend this program.

It is a very special and enjoyable shopping and cooking experience☺️☺️All dishes are delicious! Suggest to put an eye catching sign to allow easy access for students. Time control can be further improved if menu can be confirmed in advance.

The course was very interesting and informative, especially visiting the local market. It was good to see the vast array of ingredients used and how they would all combine. And of course bringing everything together, cooking and tasting the food was a great experience.

My partner and I did a cooking class in Hoi An and we thought it would be similar. This was very different experience and we absolutely loved it. It’s not everyday that you get to go to the markets with a mother of 2 to buy all the Fresh ingredients at the markets and cook three delicious dishes in her family home. She is super friendly, kind and would recommended this for anyone who wants the home cooking experience.

We had a nice time learning about the different ingredients, wondering the market and preparing a delicious meal!
