Hoa Túc Cooking Class

We really enjoyed the cooking class. It was entertaining and we learned a lot - a combination which is often hard to reach.

Large, spacious, and bright kitchen. Everything was perfectly prepared—the food, the dishes, the pans. Chef Van confidently guided us through the dishes. Highly recommended!

Our small class was slightly delayed but the school went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was enjoyable and our instructor was engaging. 100% recommend. We will be back.

Our family (three of us) enjoyed our time and good we cooked in class very much. Our teacher and the supporting staff were knowledgeable and patient in sharing and showing us how to prepare and cook the food on the menu. The experience in class far exceeded our expectation. We would highly recommend this class to our friends and anyone who consider visiting Ho Chi Minh City as a must-do activity.

This was an excellent experience from the your of the market to the cooking experience snd the eating of the wonderful food that we had prepared. Me was well organized, patient and humerous. If we were staying longer in Saigon, we would do another class with her. Definitely worthwhile

joined this cooking class and it was an unforgettable experience! I learned how to use knives properly and discovered so many delicious Vietnamese dishes. The chef and Van, the amazing assistant chef, were absolutely fantastic — so kind, patient, and always ready to share their tips. I had so much fun and learned a lot. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves cooking or wants to explore new flavors!

A little rushed at the market but my fault for buying a few things as we went !! The cooking was well structured and the dishes satisfying. We were all hands-on and ate the output as we cooked it.

The visit at the market was very interesting. We learned a lot about different typs of vegetables. An add on was also that the market is not touristic. This gives you time to see everything. In the cooking class itself, we learned three types of dishes (summer rolls, banana blossom salad and stir-fried glass noodles with seafood). The class was good instructed and the food was really delicious.

Fun three hour class, with recipe cards at the end. Wish there was just a little more food though! We made three dishes, and were also served fresh fruit and dessert (che) at the end from the kitchen. A great experience all up - Mi was a great instructor!
