Lucia was our host; Alexandro was our chef. Both were absolutely exceptional and I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to make authentic italian pizza in a relaxed, fun and engaging class. Thank you for an amazing experience!
This pizza making class was fantastic! Our instructor Francesca gave us the history of Neapolitan pizza and walked us through the dough making process step by step. The head pizzaiolo showed us dough kneading and stretching techniques. After the dough was made we moved into the kitchen where we made our Margherita pizzas and cooked them in the traditional wood fire oven. After we ate the pizza's we made we were offered a fried pizza as well which was phenomenal. Can't recommend this class enough!
We were 30 minutes late for initial class due to heavy traffic. Missed pizza dough making part when we arrived. The host was so helpful and shifted our class on the following day as we want to enjoy the whole experience from the beginning. Chef does not speak English. However, host explained everything very clearly. We learn so much from this class of making authentic Naples pizza including the history. Chef and host is extremely friendly and hospitable. I am confident to recommend this pizza making class for anyone.
Nice pizza course. The master pizza maker didn't let us do what we wanted, but carefully watched us do it our way. Totally satisfied and recommend.
What a great afternoon experience we had. Thanks to Francesca our great host that did her very best to provide us with an insightful and charming course on the history of Napoletan pizza and the skilful hands of both pizza master chefs that showed us the secrets of making the best pizza in the world, we have had a splendid time. The pizza we prepared was amazing and the full package with the drinks and the pizza fritta included made this whole experience worthwhile. We really enjoyed our lesson with Francesca and Maurizio. Francesca is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to spend time with her. Maurizio was very kind and showed us how to make and roll the dough. We then completed two pizzas with Margarita toppings. We enjoyed them as well as fried pizza with a glass of wine. We can recommend this class as a fun and informative way to spend a few hours particularly in our case on a rainy day. We will definitely be making proper pizza at home from now on.
A lot of fun for the whole family. Enjoyed the whole experience from making the dough to getting a lesson on using the pizza peel to rotate the pizza in the oven. Grateful that they shared the dough recipe. Parking was a bit tough!

Lucia explained every step of the pizza making process in detail. She was so nice and knowledgeable. We had a surprise treat at the end with limoncello! I would do it again!
Lucia was amazing. Pizza was amazing. She was so patient and kind. The pizza is the best you've ever had. Lucia walks you through every step from making the dough, topping the pizza, making it in the Woodfire pizza oven. MUST DO, if you're in Naples. About a 20 minute taxi ride from the cruise court. Perfect for a laid-back excursion from the main cruise port either on ROYAL Caribbean or Disney. Starts at noon and includes wine, beer, and pizza. Perfect for all ages, kids included. SO FUN!!
We arrived at the restaurant early/told them we had the class, but offered to sit outside/no drinks. Riccardo was ~15 mins late, but did give notification via WhatsApp. Initially we were a bit perturbed, but all changed upon meeting him - super nice, informative, helpful. It was a bit awkward at first making the dough in the middle of the restaurant, but that passed as we mixed, kneaded, folded, wrapped the dough; our daughter loved it! Federico, The pizza man, showed us as Riccardo explained; he even made our daughter's pizza into a heart. The best part was by far eating our pizzas, drinking wine & having homemade tiramisu! I highly recommend!
Our tour consisted of my wife and our two great friends - all over the age of 65. Our host's English was very good and she took the time to make sure everyone understood her. All four of us had a great time making our pizzas. There was a lot of laughing and kidding on who was making the best pizza.
Class was fun, instructor and facilitator were kind and helpful. Pizza was amazing and they explained every step of the process as well as other things we could do with the dough.

Francesca was a wonderful host — welcoming, organized, and full of local insights — while Maurizio, our pizzaiolo, was a true master of his craft. He guided us step-by-step through the process of making authentic Neapolitan pizza, from mixing the dough to shaping it and baking it to perfection. We loved how hands-on and interactive the class was, and how both Francesca and Maurizio made it fun, relaxed, and full of laughter. We learned so much about the traditions behind Naples' most famous dish, and of course, eating our own creations at the end was the best reward! We also had a yummy dessert at the end. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Naples — it's a perfect mix of culture, cooking, and delicious fun.
We really enjoyed our pizza making class with Lucia. It was a lot of fun and our pizzas were delicious! She shared the recipe with us, we definitely want to make it again!
Nice evening and we were lucky enough to have it turn out to be a private session as we booked in the low season. Everything about the event was well done. We were able to make the dough and learn from a master pizza maker. Fun for all.
Lovely hostess and the restaurant's staff was very nice as well. We were a small group of 4 + the hostess who translated the whole process while the pizzaiolo did the demo. We got to try some pizza fritta and lemoncello which were delicious. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

The Course was far better than we could have imagined. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so kind and a great laugh too.
