Every moment was so well organized and enjoyable. The deliciousness and variety of dishes was astounding! The staff was so friendly and encouraging. I recommend this experience wholeheartedly. If I go back to Oaxaca, I will sign up again.
Everything about it was wonderful - Baldo and all of the cooks and helpers were amazing, plus we really enjoyed all the food. Our only issue was finding room to eat it all! We love Oaxacan food and the variety, plus the freshness and selections were terrific!

Everything went off without a hitch - from picking us up, transporting us to the cooking location and return at the end of the class. The instructor was knowledgeable and passionate about the food.
