Chef Fabrizio was warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. We loved making fresh pasta and focaccia from scratch, and the setting at Il Poggetto was absolutely magical. The wine, the food, the laughs—it was all perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tuscany!
