The walking tour was undoubtedly my most interesting experience in Shanghai (and I ate out at a couple Michelin starred restaurants, and had multiple dozen plus course meals). Joy brings her knowledge of, and passion for food and the city to the tour. I would highly, highly recommend the tour.

What a great way to explore Beijing. We were a group of 3 foodie friends and we enjoyed the tour with 3 other like minded hungry people. It was great fun, delicious food and we learnt a lot about Beijing life along the way. A "must do" for all foreigners visiting Beijing.

Great local authentic places that I would have never discovered on my own that gives a real taste of Beijing classics. I am Chinese (my family is from Shanghai) and passionate about food, and I had never even heard of some of these delicious dishes :) Thanks Bonnie for a great tour!

This food tour was a great way to spend a Friday night in Shanghai. All the food was incredible, having unlimited beers handed to you is hard to beat, and the group was a lot of fun. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about Shanghai and Chinese food and very passionate about the places we stopped at and the dishes we tried. The night ended perfectly at a really cool craft beer bar with very unique options. I'd highly recommend this for anybody with a night off in Shanghai!

The Beijing Hutong Food and Beer tour was absolutely fantastic! We got a chance to try a whole range of different dishes. The food was superb. We had two guides, as one was being trained, and both were absolutely fantastic - very knowledgeable about the food and Beijing and very friendly. They also took us to some great places that we would otherwise have completely missed (or wouldn't have known what to order!) It was like being shown around the city by a friend. The tuk-tuks helped us fit in plenty of stops and were a fun way of breaking up the evening. We were also so full of food and beer by the end of the tour. It really was fantastic! Couldn't recommend more! We will be looking out for lost plate tours in other cities!

Great way to experience the Beijing local culture and make some friends! Highly recommend for non-Chinese visitors! Our guide took us to some authentic restaurants or hip bars and we had a great time!

We had a great time on the hutong food tour. All the food was delicious and it was awesome to go around to local eateries to try the dishes. Highly recommended to anybody who likes to eat and drink!

This was a great time I love how the chef explains everything and the organization. For sure I will do this curse again!!
