My name is Sonia. Since I was a child, I had a great passion for traditional Oaxacan cuisine, not only because I was born in this beautiful land but also because I am very proud to have learned from the best traditional cooks in the region.
My mother always told me that the only way to cook is in clay pots and on charcoal, and since then, I have followed her advice.
