The class was taught by a professional chef who thoroughly explained the technique and then gave each person to make the dish from to start to finish. He included details on how to make the dish on a high volume professional kitchen. An excellent class at a very professional level!

The school was founded in 1969 and original named as the "Hong Kong & Kowloon Restaurant and Cafe Workers General Union Vocational (Day/ Night) School". We are professional in training Chinese cooks and teaching authentic Chinese dishes and Dim Sum.
