Paella Maestro

The chef made it a point to stay true to the traditional seafood paella he grew up making despite other styles being made around the world. I also really enjoyed both the white wine and the sangria.

The Barcelona Culinary Experience was a true highlight of my trip. The Mercado de Sarrià tour was a perfect introduction to selecting fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the cooking class was a blast. Learning to make authentic Paella using a family recipe felt so special, and the Tapas and Sangria were just as delicious. The instructors were warm, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel like part of the family. I left not only with a full belly but with the confidence to recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend!

This paella cooking class was such a great experience for me and my college friends! The maestro was very friendly and a great teacher. The facility was clean and was very accommodating for one of our members who has a severe peanut/tree nut allergy. Learning to make one of Spain's most traditional foods was definitely a highlight of the trip, and I am excited to make this myself back in the States!

Everything about this experience was amazing. The food was divine, and Chef Carlos was incredibly attentive, engaging, and kind. We had a blast and would recommend this class to everyone!

Me, my sister and mom had such a great time with Chef Eladi and with this experience! It was a small group (3 of us plus 2 solo travelers) so it was very intimate and we all had a chance to make the paella and also the sangria. It was educational and we got the recipe afterwards as well. This is a great way to have an authentic Spanish dinner as well as an experience!
