The best part was Milo as a host. He explained and demonstrated everything well and incorporated the participants in the process. To top it off, the paella was absolutely excellent!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time doing this class. It exceeded our expectations. We walked in thinking there'd be a huge class, but we were the only four people which made it a more intimate experience. What was more surprising was we were their first ever customers/clients. The team were very professional and chef Victor was very funny, knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. The food was all fresh and delicious, as was the Sangria. Incredible value for the price. One of the best experiences we've had on our whole trip to Europe. Thanks, Ben
