We got lucky with nobody else signing up for our class time, so we had a “private” lesson with our wonderful instructor, Alfons. We started with making tiramisu, then pasta noodles. Such simple ingredients to make delicious food, will definitely be trying at home! We had the option of 4 sauces to be added to the noodles we made (we chose Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana, both amazing), and enjoyed with a glass of wine and some limoncello at the end. Highly recommend this experience!

We absolutely loved this cooking class. The pasta and tiramisu we made were absolutely delicious (best pasta we ate in Rome!) and the class was great fun. Only a small class so the chef pays high attention to all of us. We then sat out at the restaurant afterwards to enjoy the meals we made. Absolutely recommend this !

We had a nice afternoon with Alfons, learned to make tiramisu and pasta and Alfons had some nice stories about the cooking. The food was really nice. A great way to fill in a rainy afternoon in Rome.

Alfons was fantastic! The time & dedication he put into the class, combined with his expertise and clear passion for cooking, made this class so enjoyable! We had so much fun, whilst learning how to make handmade pasta and tiramisu. Then afterwards, we got to eat it! Alfons was so warm and welcoming, and knowledgeable. He made it a wonderful experience. All of our meals in Rome were delicious, but this was forever our favorite, we just could not beat it, despite making it ourselves! 100/10 experience, and highly recommend it!
