Our cooking classes take place in a small pasta factory in the city centre of Bologna. This place is owned by the same family for more than 30 years and every morning some "Sfogline" make fresh egg pasta. It's not a public place but we welcome people who want to know more about our strong food tradition and learn how to make handmade pasta.

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He was interesting and versatile.
We had a fantastic time on this tour. Mattia met as per the email and off we went. In no particular order, watching the pasta making at a small paster ''factory' was awesome, as was tasting the meats at Franco's. The coffee at Cafe Terrzi was truly outstanding. The pasta at lunch, and the 'Roman' Pizza were wonderful. And the gelato was to die for. Between food stops we wandered around the the centre of Bolgona, learning more about the city and (more importantly) the food. After our tour, we returned to many of the places Mattia took us to and were so pleased to have discovered truly amazing places!
