We absolutely loved this class! There were so many wonderful dishes from many different regions in Mexico. Our instructors Lorena and Manuel were great and went to a lot of trouble to teach us all the recipes. We are going to receive them in a follow up email from Lorena and we're excited to have learned so many new techniques. We highly recommend this class. The only problem we had was finding their home because it is in a gated community and the taxi drivers had no clue how to find it.
