Eric was very entertaining and informative during the cooking class. The macarons we made were delicious and Eric revealed us many cooking techniques to make perfect macarons in the pure French style. A must do!

He showed me everything I need to know to make excellent macarons. Instructions were easy to follow, and you leave with you own batch. I had the chance to enjoy this class on my own, in Eric’s lovely Parisian place. I can’t wait to try again at home, and to share it with my family. The trainer is very educational as well as friendly. The result is at least as good as the preparation, even if I must admit that my hats were not very regular. Overall, a superb experience. I highly recommend!
