Der Kurs war hervorragend: Die beiden Kursleiter waren außerordentlich geduldig und nahmen sich viel Zeit, um Bräuche zu erklären, ihre Leidenschaften zu teilen und all meine zahlreichen Fragen zu beantworten. Wir hatten einen tollen Besuch im Souk (Markt); die Küche war außergewöhnlich sauber und bestens ausgestattet, und es gab einen sehr schönen Essbereich. Ich habe den Kurs beim Kochen, Lernen und Essen sehr genossen und fand es toll, dass meine vegetarischen Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt wurden! Ich freue mich schon darauf, die gelernten Rezepte in Großbritannien auszuprobieren. Ich kann den Kurs „Flavors of Marrakech“ wärmstens empfehlen.
