Malaysia Cooking Class

We booked a Malaysian Cooking Class with Fiza, through Cookly, for my husband David and I, during a city stay in Kuala Lumpur. Communication in advance of the day was good and we chose a dish we both could cook. We were given clear directions to her home (recommend Grab) although we returned via Metro. Upon arrival, at Fizas home, the fresh ingredients were ready and the cooking utensils all laid out. We prepared and cooked under her clear instructions and enjoyed a wonderful, authentic, Malaysian meal of Kuey Teow Goreng and dessert of sesame seed balls. (I can’t recall their name). We made a sweet tea and Fizah made a refreshing juice. There was plenty left over but as we were in a hotel, I could only take the remaining dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and Fizah was a lovely host and cook. Highly recommend. Thank you Shelagh & David Australia

Ein fantastischer Kurs mit familiärer Atmosphäre und netten Leuten. Das Essen und die Rezepte waren großartig, und Fizah war eine tolle Lehrerin. Ich kann ihn jedem, der nach Kuala Lumpur kommt, uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Fizah war super! Wir haben viel gelernt und sehr gut gegessen. Es war köstlich, wir waren begeistert.

Fizah war sehr kompetent und freundlich zu uns in unserem Kochkurs. Sie erzählte uns viel über die Geschichte und die Traditionen der Malaien. Sie teilte auch Geschichten aus ihrer Familie mit uns, und ihr Mann Roman war ebenfalls dabei.

Dieser Kurs war ein richtig tolles Erlebnis! Fizah und Roman waren super herzlich. Sie haben sogar Fotos von uns beim Kochen gemacht, sodass wir die Erfahrung festhalten konnten. Währenddessen erzählten sie uns interessante Fakten über Kuala Lumpur und gaben uns Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Stadt.
