We met with Amanda who was very nice and welcoming and made us feel like home in each restaurant we went to. The food was amazing and it was an awsome way to explore japanesse food better. We had a great afternoon tasting sake. Yuma gave us a very nice welcome and explained a lot about sake. After the explanation the tasting started. We got 6 very different sakes to taste. After that a few more in the range we liked more. The tasting was not rushed and Yuma took his time. Very nice and relaxed way to learn about sake.
