Riad White Flowers

This turned out to be a great class with just my husband and me. We made a kefta meatball tagine and a vegetable tagine--both were incredibly delicious, so much better than some I had in Morocco at tourist places. The woman who did the cooking spoke several languages but not English (shame on us for only speaking English!) but we had a young man translating who had some very interesting stories and we had a great conversation. I took one star off just because the communication in advance was spotty and despite our best efforts to figure things out in advance, there were still glitches in connecting in the morning. In the end, it all worked out and I would recommend this experience.
