Join our chef with a tour of San Antón Market where we will learn how to distinguish fish, vegetables and meat, taste cheeses and fruit, discover traditional products of Spain and will conclude at A Punto for a cooking class to prepare a menú with:
Menü
Paella
- We will learn the proper type of rice, how to prepare a perfect stock and the difference between a “seco” and “meloso” rice plate.
Tapas
- Two tradicional dishes, 2 tapas prepared with products we found at the market.
Sangría
- Pairing with 2 spanish wines and a glass of Sangría.
Programm
- 10:00 am: Market Tour

Very enjoyable experience. Excellent tutor, efficient support staff and first class facilities. Very relaxed yet communicative atmosphere.

We did this with a group of work associates and their spouses. It was good fun. What team building! The chef is a gem. We toured a market before we started our class. That was a real learning experience. The sangria was excellent!

I took a group of 16 students for a Spanish cooking class. The students were thoroughly engaged the whole time and managed to cook a tasty meal with the guidance of the instructor. It was a lot of fun and a must do experience while in Madrid.
