One person per cooking station enables each student to be in control of his/her own dish from start to finish. Our kitchen is spacious and complete with all ingredients and equipment needed. We prepared ahead of time and our chef instructors are knowledgeable in Filipino Cuisine rooted in multi-generational recipes and traditional methods from their own family's home-style cooking.
