One Day Chef is the original cooking school for tourists in Rome.

It is a unique facility with individual stations, up to 16 cooktops!

It means that you don't go to chef's apartment and help cooking with his only kitchen... in here you really have your station and you really make your food by yourself...

I'm Matteo, the chef, and I only do this: cooking classes for tourists, I trained more 3000 customers in the last 4 years, I don't work in a restaurant because I'm very focused only on one thing: cooking classes.

I do have vegetarian and vegan class too but you need to ask in advance.

Water and wine included, Air conditioning, Recipes via e-mail, Certificate of participation and Free Wifi

Morning Session

Afternoon Session

• 4:00 pm: Welcome drink with prosecco and homemade pizza
