Mexican Distillates and Botanas Experience

Learn about Mexico's rich distilling tradition trying spirits like Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol and Bacanora. A unique experience where you can learn history, facts and tasting notes. Enjoy 4 selected beverages paired with three specifically designed appetizers and one dessert. All our dishes are either traditional or street popular favorites. Vegan and Vegetarian Experience: Available upon request.

We will conduct the experience in an intimate Mexican cooking studio in the eclectic Roma Norte neighborhood. Walking distance to Mercado de Medellín and Mercado Roma.

Schedule

• 3:00 pm: We will start your experience with a welcome "agua fresca" while learning about Mexican distillates, including explanation of different regions and agave plants, Denominations of Origin and how to taste.
• 4:00 pm: Tasting of four different distillates (Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol and Bacanora) paired with 3 appetizers and dessert specifically designed for enjoyment of the distillates.
