Mexico is one of the leading producers and the third-largest exporter of honey in the world. In this class, you will learn how to appreciate different types of Mexican honey. Recognize why honey tastes different according to each season of the year and the territory. Enjoy a unique experience where you can taste 5 different types of honey, selected from small producers of different parts of Mexico. Identify notes of mesquite, multifloral and avocado, among others.
We will conduct the experience in an intimate Mexican cooking studio in the eclectic Roma Norte neighborhood. Walking distance to Mercado de Medellín and Mercado Roma.
