Supatra River House was converted into a restaurant in 1998. It has since garnered many culinary awards for its authentic Thai cuisine. The extensive menu offers tantalizing choices of renowned Thai dishes, enriched by decades of the family’s home recipes. 

We'll meet at Tha Maharaj for refreshing Thai herbal drinks. Then hop on the private boat to find delicious street food, great scenery, and souvenir. Get our express boat back to Supatra River House to start our cooking activity. The Thai Chef will present a cookery demonstration of the dishes that will have to prepare and each student will receive a folder with the recipes. Our chef will assist you and let you experience the cuinary technique of Thai cuisine. Students can taste and enjoy your own cooking lunch with Thai Chef and Authentic Thai Cuisine by Chef recommended.

Schedule

• 8:30 am: Pickup from Riverside hotels and meeting at Tha Maharaj
• 9:00 am: Take a private boat to explore the most beautiful market, Pak Klong Talard
• 10:00 am: Get our express boat back to Supatra River House and begin the introduction of our Menu. Recipes will be provided
• 10:20 am: Cooking session begins on a river terrace, the best spot of the Emerald Temple view
• 12:30 pm: Time for Lunch and enjoy your amazingly cooked dish
