With its ancient recipes and complex flavors, Korean cuisine may seem challenging to learn. If you are a serious foodie or a professional in the culinary field, this is the class for you. 

During this 3-hour, 100% hands-on private cooking class, you will learn the essence of Korean cuisine. From palate training and introduction on Korean cuisine and ingredients, learn to make 3 - 5 dishes(3 main dishes or 5 side dishes) with the help of a professional chef. All ingredients and equipment are included, and you’ll hear helpful tips throughout the process. At the end of the class, simply sit down for a spread of delicious meal that you have cooked.

Royal Court Cuisine: High-end delicacies once reserved only for royalty

Seafood Dishes: Learn techniques for fish and various seafood

• Haemul Jeongol (Seafood hotpot)
• Ojingo Bokkeum (Spicy stir-fried squid)
• Saengseon Jorim (Braised fish)
• Haemul Tteokbokki (Seafood stir-fried rice cakes)

Meat Dishes : Learn different marinades and techniques for meat 

Sample dishes : 

• Neobiani (Grilled marinated beef, a.k.a. traditional bulgogi)
• Bossam(Boiled pork with fresh Kimchi)
• Dakganggeong(Korean fried chicken with sweet & sour sauce)

Banchan Vegetable Dishes : Banchan refers to the assorted sides dishes served alongside rice and soup in Korean cuisine. Experience the flavor of Korean side dishes

• Bokkeum(Stir-fried vegetable, meat or seafood)
