Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will learn and enjoy a four course meal:

Schedule
- 10:00 am: Meeting point at Cook in Ribeira. After the briefing, we will have the market tour.
- 11:30 am: Cooking class starts with a welcome drink.
- 11:45 pm: Preparing the ingredients and Cooking Session.
- 13:30 pm: Tasting the cooked menu.
- 2:30 pm: Dessert time
- 3:00 pm: Estimated end of the cooking class

We are on the first floor of number 16 in a historic building. On the ground floor there is the Ryans irish pub. Our bell is the one on the lower right corner.
