Educational Khmer Cooking Class with Local Market Visit

In a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, you'll be educated about the history and culture of the Khmer cuisine. While filling your brain with valuable first-hand knowledge, you'll prepare delicious authentic dishes for your stomach to enjoy!

This hands-on cooking class is loveling guided by a Khmer chef and a French chef. The Khmer recipes will be made with basic equipment, meaning you'll be able to recreate the dishes as many times as you want at home for your friends and family.

Before the cooking class, you'll be taken on an immersive market tour and learn how to select the best ingredients for the dishes. It's a small local market and will give you an authentic Khmer experience of food sourcing. 

If you feel like you want to keep your dishes strictly vegetarian, you'll have to option to pick the ingredients accordingly during the market tour.  

When all the dishes are ready, it's time to enjoy what you have created and marvel at your accomplishment!

• 9:30 am: Local market tour
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy your delicious meal
• 1:00 pm: Back at your hotel
