The horseback riding tour will start in the morning, avoiding the hottest hours of the day. You'll be welcomed with an amazing Amalfi Coast style breakfast on the panoramic terrace. 

After breakfast, you'll have the unique experience to go horseback riding with a knowledgeable guide. His passion for horses is one of the features that make a visit to Il Cavaliere dei Conti an unforgettable experience.

You'll return to the outdoor dining area to enjoy a fun pasta-making class under the guidance of an experienced chef. In this class, you'll learn how to shape your pasta into different traditional forms. The kitchen staff will already have prepared delicious sauces to go with your creation. The sauces are made from the vegetables grown in the garden without anything artificial. The same goes for the animals. Creating organic and healthy ingredients to enjoy. 

Before eating you can enjoy a short walk to the historical center, walking through our old streets and enjoy the breath-taking view.

After the class, you'll enjoy your creations in the outdoor eating area accompanied by the locally produced wine and spirits.

The menu varies according to the season and weather. Naturally, any special food needs (meat, fish, or vegetarian/vegan) can be accommodated upon previous agreement.

Schedule

•   8:30 am: Amalfi Coast Style breakfast on our panoramic terrace
•   9:00 am: Experience a unique horseback riding tour
• 10:00 am: Break — enjoy some refreshments and relax 
• 11:00 am: Return to the kitchen to start pasta-making class
• 12:15 pm: Free time where you can enjoy a visit to our organic farm and garden or take a short walk to the historical old streets and enjoy the breath-taking views
•   1:00 pm: Enjoy eating your handmade pasta
