Cartagena Street Food Cooking Class!

About

We invite you to our place on the beach to make an outdoor practical cooking class and prepare the most representative snacks of the street food in Cartagena.

First things first: Mojito and ceviche. We will teach you how to make our own recipe for the "Lujito", a refreshing cocktail made with lulo, mint and rum, and then you'll prepare a shrimp ceviche, in the same way as it is done in the streets of the Colombian Caribbean cities.

You will make your own empanadas, the most popular street food in the whole country, step by step, and with different fillings, sweet and salty. You'll also learn the secrets to prepare the famous egg arepa, and the delicious patacones with cheese and hogao.

During the class you can also try different tropical fruits, and prepare natural juices.
