Our classes always start with a traditional Italian starter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by our Umbrian white wine from Trevviano vineyard followed by a ruby red wine from the Ciliegiolo vineyard.
Egg pasta is a true passion! This class will be mostly dedicated to the preparation of fresh egg pasta: Fettuccine, Pappardelle, or Ravioli. We will also cook a juicy sauce to go with the pasta.
Finally, with everybody sitting around the table, we will drink an aperitif and get to taste all the delicious food we made. This class will truly be a special and unique moment for your time in Rome.
