Start your day in Copenhagen in the best possible way by learning the essential skills to create: Traditional Danish Rye Bread, Perfect Sourdough Buns and some Delicious Danish Pastries.
During our hands-on Danish baking class, thanks to the expert guidance of our chefs and kitchen staff, you will learn the techniques for mixing, kneading, proving and shaping the different types of dough. By the end, you will have new skills and you'll master all the methods for creating perfect bread and pastries so you can recreate a taste of Denmark at home. We'll also provide you the printed recipes of the day.
Once we've finished our baking, we'll sit together in our lovely dining room to enjoy a true Danish Breakfast with all your freshly baked goodies and tasty toppings served with juice, tea, coffee and snaps. You'll dine and hygge like a true Dane!
