The moment you step inside you’ll be in good hands: a professional Chef will guide your small group and teach you everything you need to know about ribbon pasta (tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle and spaghetti). Use different techniques and equipment to make the different pasta shapes and then cook up your amazing sauce to serve them with.
