Join our fun, creative and interesting pasta and gelato making class. During this fun hands-on experience, you'll learn the art of making fresh Italian pasta in the heart of Rome.
The class starts with the preparation of the fresh ingredients for the gelato. Our chef will give you all the information about the main ingredients to create the most delicious flavors imaginable. He'll show you some versions of the basis for different flavors (e.g. strawberry, chocolate, vanilla) depending on the type of gelate you wish to prepare.
After the preparation of the gelato, you'll learn how to make three different types of fresh homemade pasta. Our chef will teach you all the technical aspects of fresh homemade pasta. Including all the secrets of making colored and stuffed pasta. To go with the freshly made pasta, you'll also learn how to cook sauces from scratch. You can choose your favorite: sauce salmon, carbonara, amatriciana or Cacio e Pepe.
After the class, you'll enjoy your creations with the other participants.
The experienced professional Chef will teach you all the necessary steps of the easy-to-follow recipes, so you can take them with you and continue to make gelate and pasta at home!
