Sundays are excellent days for spending time with the people you cherish. And what better way to bond over delicious food? Join The Greek Kitchen for an unforgettable afternoon of cooking and eating together.

The wonderful Greek home cooks have been cooking like this with their own families for years and now they open up the tradition to you!

Under the smiling guidance of the cook, you'll make a feast of appetizers, main dishes, and a dessert that will be served up with bread, Greek salad, wine, beer, and/or soft drinks. Additionally, there'll be a few local liquors for you to try as well! This class is great for people who want to cook and eat well. Everybody is welcome, from single travelers to families and groups of friends. During this class, you'll work together and individually on the dishes, creating a true bonding atmosphere.

All of our dishes have been chosen to be adaptable for as wide a range of dietary requirements as possible, just let us know in advance.

Children are more than welcome at this class!

Menu

Appetiser:

• Baked feta cheese with honey and sesame
• Grilled Florina peppers stuffed with cheese and herbs

Main dishes:

• Spetsofai; mildly spicy sausage casserole from Pelion
• Lahanodolmades: minced beef, herbs and riced rolled up in cabbage leaves, served with an "avgolemono" egg and lemon sauce

Dessert:

• Baklava served with local vanilla ice cream

Served with bread, Greek salad, water, wine or beer, soft drinks and some local liquors

Schedule

• 3:00 pm: Meet up at The Greek Kitchen 
• 3:05 pm: Welcome drink of honey infused raki, a traditional Cretan liquor
• 3:15 pm: Start hands-on family-style cooking class
• 6:00 pm: Relax and enjoy your meal
• 7:00 pm: End of the class
