This hands-on cooking class equips you with all the know-how to recreate these mouthwatering pasta recipes at home. Following the guidance of your master chef, you’ll learn the perfect combinations of pecorino cheese, tomato passata, guanciale bacon, and freshly sourced eggs to create four beautiful pasta dishes, pairing each of them with a specially selected wine.
At the end of the class, indulge on what you’ve made with fellow food-loving guests, and take your recipes back home with you so you can become the master of dinner parties.
