Mussels - Portuguese Way - This first course of Mussels is accompanied with very fresh Vinho Verde to whet your appetite.
Portuguese Seafood Cataplana - The king ingredients in our Cataplana, are seafood and fresh fish, as well as peppers and coriander
Almond Pie - The almond desserts are very appreciated by the portuguese. Prepare your pie, take the recipe and surprise your friends.
Start your cooking class with a welcome white Porto Tónico while you taste a freshly baked chorizo, traditional bread and olives from Northern Portugal.
Then prepare the three dishes of the meal you will taste, duly accompanied by Portuguese wine from the demarcated regions.
