We will meet in the heart of the historic center of Naples, precisely in Piazza Dante, easily reachable by metro. I will take you to the historical palace "Ruffo di Bagnara", home to the multifunctional cultural center that hosts our culinary experience.
I will welcome you with a small appetizer I prepared with typical Neapolitan products. While you taste it, I will introduce Neapolitan culinary tradition and describe the products you are enjoying. Subsequently, we will move on to the preparation of a "Neapolitan tempura", a mixture of "street food" fried vegetables and fish.
Although "pasta" is famous all over the world, not everyone knows our "minestre di pasta", which represents the basis of our daily home cooking. We will prepare a dish of "minestra di pasta".
We will then move on to the preparation of "polpette", in a typical way but with an added chef's kick that will introduce you to the world of vegetable side dishes that characterize Neapolitan cuisine.
Finally, the much-awaited moment will come, dinner!
You will taste all the dishes we have prepared during the evening, accompanied by an excellent glass of local wine. You will be immersed in the Neapolitan gastronomic culture, sharing moments of conviviality and discovering the secrets of our traditional cuisine.
I, as the chef, will personally define the menu based on the best available products in the market. Moreover, we are able to adapt our menus to meet the specific dietary needs of our guests.

11:10 am: arrive at the cultural polifunctional center and appetizer
11:30 am: you start cooking
1:00 pm: It's time for lunch and conversation, everyone at the table!
