Our cyclo drivers pick you up at your hotel to visit around city about 30 minutes before drop at Ben Thanh market. After choosing cooking menu, our English speaking tour guide will show you how to choose fresh ingredients. Moreover, you can see the way of bargain and daily activities of local people. And then, we will walk to our place about 5 minutes. At cooking class, you will learn: skills of knife, decoration and self-cook with chef's direction. From recipes you will be able to cook same foods at home.

Schedule

Morning Class:

• 8:00 AM: Pick-up at the hotel and get a 30-minute cyclo trip
• 8:30 AM: Arrive at the meeting point for the training session-preparing part for the market trip. There, you will choose the menu to cook together.
• 8:45 AM: Start the market trip with a tour guide that time you practice how to pay in Dong, bargain with local vendors, and choose the freshest ingredients,…
• 9:15 AM: Begin the class with useful kitchen skills like knife skills, decoration dishes skills, and marinating skills to get Vietfood’s taste.
• 11:30 AM: Enjoy your achievement which you cook yourself and get Egg coffee for dessert.
• 12:00 PM: Finish the cooking class.
